 Rd on duty- Kristina Ra on duty- Cj Round 1- 8:00 CC21- saw no residents  Elm- saw no residents Round 2- 10:00pm CC21- saw one resident in the bathroom by serena's side, said reslife & then hello. heard another resident on facetime talking to a friend. Saw 2 male residents talking outside. Saw one resident walking back in the parking lot entrance of the building. said hello to all.  Elm- saw resident Jill in elm D common area. said hello and asked if her academics were going well.  Round 3- 12:00am CC21- saw no resident Elm- saw no resident  

 Pro-staff: AC Kristina First round about 7:55-8:10 -Trash rooms, bathrooms and laundry look decent. Some of the trash rooms are a little clutter-y but nothing too serious. Some residents in second floor kitchen, one was using the oven and there were others at a table eating. Second round about 10:45-11 -Saw no one. Both ovens off and cool Last round about 11:30 saw no one. both ovens off

Two residents watching tv in second floor lounge. One resident studying in study room. Boys hallway filled with lacrosse equipment everywhere. Girls hanging out in living room of Elm D.  Round 3- 10:30 pm Girl still studying on top floor. Resident walking in through main entrance. Two boys walking in through side door.  Nothing else to report.  Round 4- 11:35pm One of my residents walking to the bathroom. Trash room on my floor smells bad. Nothing else to report.

 RA Gab on duty RD Khadijah on call Round 1- 8:06pm Saw some residents entering the building through the side entrance. Multiple residents walking to the bathroom on this round. Waved to my neighbors. Laundry room looked fine. Not many being used.  Heard reasonable music and laugher from the courts but no one seen on the first floor. Nothing else to report.  Round 2- 10:12 pm Resident microwaving popcorn in the kitchen. Still no residents seen in elmwood. Round 3- 11:30 pm Nothing to be seen or heard on this round. 

RD on Duty: Amy RA on Duty: Flo  Round 1: 7:45 (did it early bc i wasnt sure how long all staff was gonna take)  saw my resident in elm D. no resident were seen on the gorund floor. the lacrosse team's stuff were in the hallways but it wasnt blocking any entrances. laundry room was empty with couple machines running. 1 resident on the second floor kitchen cooking. 1 resident on jules floor studying at one of the high tables. thats about it round 2: 10:15 saw no residents in elm. 3 residents on serenas floor doing work. 2 residents on the second floor study lounge. 1 resident in the kitchen second floor.  round 3: 12:01 no resident seen in elm. 2 residents on serenas floor. goodnight

On of Gab's residents was listening to Harry Styles in their room lol. Then I saw one of Serena's residents in the lounge by her room. There was one resident leaving the first floor kitchen lounge. There were a few washer and dryers being used in the laundry room. One of Kristian's residents was walking to the bathroom. There's lacrosse equipment in the hallway. I saw one resident studying in ELM D and another resident in ELM E also studying.  Round Two: 10:07-10:20 Started on my floor and the same resident was studying. There was a resident studying in the lower lounge (by my bulletin board). I saw two of Serena's residents studying. There were still several washers and dryers being used. One of Kristian's residents was walking into his room. I did not see anyone in Elmwood at this time. Round Three: ...

Round 2- 8:00pm CC21- saw 2 residents studying in their common area on Jules floor. saw one resident cooking on the main floor of 21 said hello to all. Elm- saw the same 2 residents in E talking said hello. Round 3- 10:00pm CC21- saw a group of residents studying and talking in the common area. saw ra Serena and held the door for her. said hello to all.  Elm- there is only one resident in E studying .  Round 4=. 12:00am CC21- saw no residents  Elm- saw no residents

Trash room and study rooms were clean and empty.  Round 2: 8:05 PM   no residents were seen in elm. 1 resident in the kitchen second floor Round 3: 10: 02 PM no residents seen in elm. laundry room empty. 2 male resident on the ground floor. 1 resident in the kitchen second floor. 3 girls sitting in the common room watching tv.  Round 4: 12:16 AM saw no residents in elm. no residents seen in cc21. the second floor comon room tv was on so i just shut it. thats about it Round 5: 2:53 AM saw no residents in elm, saw no residents in CC21 Round 6: 12:20 PM saw my resident in B, saw a couple residents leaving cc21, 1 resident in 2nd floor study lounge

  RA on Duty: Juliana Kozman RD on Duty: Khadijah Lyons Round One: 08:00-08:14 Started at ELM and just saw two residents in ELM E. The laundry room was not being used. There were some painting materials in the lounge by Serena's room. There were 2 residents cooking in the first floor kitchen lounge and those were the only others I saw during this round.  Round Two: 10:00-10:16 Started on my floor. On Serena's floor I saw 2 residents going to the trash room and then they left the building. The same two residents were cooking on the first floor. There was a laundry basket in the laundry room and a few machines running. I saw the residents in ELM E again.  Round Three: 12:04-12:20 Did not see anyone during this round. There were a few different residents showering in different parts of the building. The laundry room looked good. Elm- saw 2 residents studying in their common area in Elm E.  Round 2- 10:00pm CC21- saw the same group of residents in the same spots. I also saw Ra Serena working on her board! Good job! Elm- saw no residents.  Round 3- 12:00 am CC21- saw no residents Elm- saw no residents

Nothing else to report.  Round 2- 8:10pm Saw my residents locked out of the floor and I helped them get in. Music playing on the guys floor at a reasonable volume. Round 3- 10:32pm Nothing to be seen or heard on round.  Round 4- 12:30am  Nothing to report.  Round 5- “3am” Daylight savings rocks.  Round 6- 12 noon Residents laughing outside in my common area. Residents studying in common area by Serena’s door. Residents walking in through main entrance. Resident leaving elm d. Nothing else to report.

Elm- saw no residents  Round 3 1:00am CC21- saw one resident doing her skin care routine in the bathroom said hello.  RA Gab on duty 3/11/21 AC Kristina on call Round 1- 9:00pm Saw a resident studying in a study room by herself, second floor by the stairwell. Saw a group of about 5 girls enter the building by the back entrance where Amy lives. Another female resident studying alone in the study room on the first floor. Chased Elmwood Kitty away. Nothing else to report. Round 2- 10:11pm Second floor study rooms empty. Saw a couple residents in common area passed Serena's door. Resident still studying alone in study room on the first floor. Elmwood Kitty came back for round 2. Pun intended. No dinner or feces to be seen outside. But he is still annoying. Nothing else to report. Round 3- 11:30 Girls playing music out loud in the small common area by Serena's room. Saw Fezz exit the building, in uniform. Didn't see Elmwood Kitty. Hope he learned his lesson. Nothing else to report.

There were some residents in two of the bathrooms on Gabi's floor. A few of Serena's residents were in the lounge. There was one resident doing laundry. I saw a few residents in ELM D and ELM E.  Round two: 10:10-10:25 Started on my floor and did not see anyone. People are starting to participate in my Love Your Selfie program <3. One of Gabi's residents was playing music in the shower. Saw one of Serena's residents going to the trash room. There were 2 residents cooking in the first floor kitchen. The laundry room is alright. I guess they haven't mopped down there in a little bit because it seems like there is some detergent accumulating by the machines (I think from when people open the machines when they are done and it drips on the floor).   RD/ AC on Duty: AC Kristina Fletcher RA on Duty: Juliana Kozman Round one 08:02-08:22 Started out by going to my resident's rooms that failed health and safeties to ensure the violations were fixed. All good. There were a few residents in the second floor kitchen lounge watching the bachelor. One of Serena's residents was studying in that little nook thing. There were a lot of washer and dryers being used at this time and there were 3 residents in there when I went down. The bathroom across from 004 was a little messy ( I think they were drying dishes on the counter). I saw a resident in ELM D and two residents in ELM E.  Round two: 10:10-10:23 Started on my floor again. I saw a few of Serena's residents on their floor. I saw a few residents in the laundry room. There was one resident in ELM D and two residents in ELM E.  Round Three: 11:50-12:05 Did not see anyone in CC21 at this time. Laundry room, trash rooms, bathrooms, and kitchens were fine.   RD on Duty: Kelsey Oliveira  RA on Duty: Juliana Kozman Round One: 08:05-08:21 Started on my floor and there was one resident doing some work in the lounge near my bulletin board. I saw Gabby and a resident watching TV in her lounge. Both of the kitchens were fine. There was one dryer being used and quite a few dryer sheets on the ground in the laundry room. The bathroom across from Kristian's room was a little messy. I saw a few residents in ELM E but that was about it.  Round Two: 10:03-10:19 The only resident I saw at this time was in ELM C. The laundry room and the kitchens were the same. I saw the cat all snuggled up outside ELM E.  Round Three: 11:45-12:58 Did not see anyone at this time (not even the cat). There was no one using the laundry room. Bathrooms, trash rooms, and kitchens were all good.

 Pro-staff: RD Kelsey First round about 8-8:20pm -Both ovens were off and kitchens were clean. Laundry, trash rooms and bathrooms also clean. Asked a resident in room 111 to take care of some garbage outside their door. Did not see anyone else in 21 or Elm. Second round about 10:40-11pm -Saw no one. I did see the Elm kitty and I can tell that she wanted to come near me. Third round about 12am-12:20 -Saw one resident coming out of their room on the ground floor. Responded to a noise complaint coming from room 214 at approximately 12:30am. Last round about 2:45-3:05am -One resident leaving bathroom on the GF. Two residents leaving 21 going toward Elm. -The couch in the first floor lounge was dragged across the room??? And everyone except Gab's pictures were ripped off the board. -Both ovens off at the end of the night

 RA Gab on duty March 4th RD Kelsey on call Round 1- 8 pm Residents entering the building through the main door. RA Kristian setting up what seems to look like an awesome program.  Girls hanging out in Elm D Round 2- 10:33 pm Resident moving clothespin on Would You Rather board. Resident walking to bathroom on Kristian’s floor. Boys floor has music playing at a reasonable volume.  Girls still in Elm D living area. Round 3- 12 am Nothing to be seen or heard on this round. 

 Pro-staff: RD Kelsey First round about 8:05-8:40 -All trash rooms and bathrooms were in good condition. Kitchens were clean and both ovens were off. Saw some residents in a lounge on my floor eating. Some residents coming up from getting laundry. Saw a puddle coming from one of the machines so I called Kelsey, who called someone. Left a garbage can there until someone comes to look at it. Said hi to two residents in Elm E. Second round about 10:20-10:45 -Said hi to a few residents in a lounge on my floor. Saw some residents leaving CC21 as I came back from Elm. Saw same residents in Elm E. Laundry issue was addressed. The puddle was cleaned and a note was left on the machine. Last round about 11:30-11:45 -Same residents in lounge on my floor studying. I gave them some left over fortunes from my last board hehe -No laundry machines going. Ovens in both kitchens were off and cool. Saw same residents in Elm and startled one of them. Also let a resident into 21 from the side entrance....

RA on Duty: Juliana Kozman RD on Duty: Kelsey Oliveira Round One: 08:06-08:23 Started on my side and did not see anyone. The only residents I saw were two cooking in the first floor kitchen. There were a few washers being used. I did not see any residents in Elmwood at this time. Round Two: 10:00-10:13 There is one resident in the second floor kitchen lounge studying. I saw one of Gabi's residents in the bathroom. The residents in the first floor kitchen were not there anymore. Laundry room was ok. I saw one resident in ELM D and a few other residents in ELM E. Round Three: 11:30-11:44 Did not see anyone during this round besides the same resident in CC21 second floor kitchen lounge. Goodnight!
