Round 1- 8:06pm

Saw some residents entering the building through the side entrance. Multiple residents walking to the bathroom on this round. Waved to my neighbors. Laundry room looked fine. Not many being used. 

Heard reasonable music and laugher from the courts but no one seen on the first floor. Nothing else to report. 

Round 2- 10:12 pm

Resident microwaving popcorn in the kitchen.

Still no residents seen in elmwood.

Round 3- 11:30 pm

Nothing to be seen or heard on this round.
