1 resident seen in ELM E. 2 residents studying in the study room on the second floor lounge in CC21. 

Round 2: 8:22 PM

no residents seen in elm. Same resident was in the study room. another resident was studying on jules floor. bathroom, trash room and laundry rooms were relatively clean. 

Round 3: 10:35 PM

no residents seen in elm. 2 male residents seen in cc21. 4 residents on serenas floor painting (very wholesome).
