saw resident in elm B, said hi. Bathroom, study room, common room, trash room, laundry rooms all clean. No other residents were seen in CC21. 

round 2: 10:11

saw no residents in elm. saw one resident on Kristians floor said hi. 2 female residents in the laundry room. thats about it.

Round 3: 12:15

no residents were seen in elm. one resident in the bathroom on Serenas floor. thats pretty much it.
