Duty Blog- CC21 and Elm

 Pro-staff: RD Kadijah First round about 8:10-8:25 -Bathrooms and most trash rooms are in good shape. Laundry is fine too. Oven on second floor kitchen was hot but turned off. Will check it again next round. -Saw a resident coming out of a room on my floor, told her she forgot her mask. Said hi to another resident on Gabi's floor. -Saw Elm kitty outside CJ's apartment. Said hi to a resident in Elm D Second round about: 10:45 -Saw no one. Oven on second floor kitchen was warm (maybe because I cracked it open?) Will give it another 45 minutes Third round about 11:35-12:10 -Talked to Kristian briefly. Saw no residents except two who said hi to us on the ground floor. Checked on oven again and called Security, who will have a mechanic come unplug it.

  RA on Duty: Juliana Kozman RD on Duty: Khadijah Lyons Round One: 08:05-08:30  Started on my floor and did not see any of my residents. In the second floor kitchen lounge there were some residents getting ready to make some pasta and I stopped by and talked to them for a minute. The people before them left the oven on so I showed the residents how to turn it off (i'll check on this again later).  On Serena's floor I saw a resident had a curling iron unplugged on the bathroom counter (the bathroom by that small study table near Serena's room. In that little lounge/ study area, there was a vacuum plugged into the wall... Weird. I saw one resident going into the laundry room. I saw one resident cooking in ELM B and then a few residents leaving ELM E and I talked to them for a few minutes about the cat lol  Round two: 10:03-10:19 There were 3 residents in the second floor kitchen lounge doing work. I saw one resident doing laundry in CC21. I then saw a few resident...

 Rd on duty- Khadijah Ra on duty- Cj  Round 1- 9:00pm CC21- saw 2 residents cooking and about to eat tacos on the main kitchen floor. said hello to both.  Elm- saw no residents.  Round 2- 11:00pm  CC21- saw on a resident on the top floor bathroom washing her hands. said hello  Elm- saw no residents   Round 3- 1:00am CC21- saw no residents  Elm- saw no residents  Round 4- 3:00am CC21- saw no residents.   Elm- saw no residents 

 RD on Duty: Khadijah  RA on Duty: Flo  Round1: 8:06 Saw residents in Elm C and E, said Hi. 4 residents cooking and eating dinner in both first and second floor kitchens in CC21. There was a random fridge in the common area by the side entrance on Beccas Floor (shoved in a corner). Other than that, everything else looked good Round 2 : 10:20 no residents seen in elm. They need to stop feeding and providing a home for that cat because its soooo creepy at night and scares the crap out of me. anyways no residents were seen in cc21. laundry room had a detergent spill by washer 10. study rooms were empty, trash room/bathrooms were relatively clean.  Round 3 12:09 no residents seen in elm. No residents were seen in 21. everything else was about the same. goodnight

RA Gab on duty 2/24/21 RD Kadhijah on call Round 1- 8:08 pm Saw a micro fridge in the common area at the end of Becca’s hallway on the laundry side of the building. Saw two girls watching tv in second floor lounge. Saw a couple residents in Elm D. Nothing else to report.  Round 2- 10:30 pm Saw resident walking to the bathroom Nothing else to report  Round 3- 11:30 pm Nothing to be seen or heard 

  RA on Duty: Juliana Kozman RD on Duty: Khadijah Lyons Round One 08:00-08:12 Started this round in CC21 and I did not see anyone at this time. Laundry room and trash rooms seemed ok. There are way too many shoes outside of Kristian's residents rooms so maybe we will have to send out an email about this. I saw one resident going into ELM C but that was it.  Round Two 10:00-10:14 I only saw one resident in CC21 second floor kitchen lounge and we said hi to each other.  The oven on the first floor was left on so I turned it off. A few washer and dryers were being used. I did not see anyone in ELM. Round Three 11:45-12:03 a.m. I did not see anyone around at this time. The oven on the first floor cooled off and there was still one laundry basket in the laundry room. I did not see anyone in ELM. 

  RA on Duty: Juliana Kozman RD on Duty: Khadijah Lyons Round One: 07:58-08:15 Started this round a few minutes early since I was already outside from getting the duty phone. Started at ELM and I saw the cat and a few residents taking out their trash. In CC21, I just saw a few residents watching a show together in the second floor kitchen lounge. That was all.  Round Two: 10:15-10:32 I saw one of Becca's residents in the bathroom. There were no residents in the kitchen lounge anymore. I saw a resident walking from her car but that was really it. I did not see anyone else at this time. I picked up my laundry from downstairs on my way back up to my room. Round Three: 11:30-11:43 Did not see anyone (not even the cat) this round and everything appeared to be all good. 

 Pro-staff. AC Kristina Serena Lucarelli First round about 8:15-8:30pm -All trash rooms, bathrooms, as well as laundry were in decent condition in the beginning of the night. Kitchens were clean and both ovens were off. -Saw to students coming up from laundry and saw two of my residents doing laundry.  -It was icy at the entrance to Elm so I called Security to let them know after my round -The rest of the round was uneventful! Second round about 10:15-10:30 -Oven on second floor was hot and turned to 350 but the oven light turned on when I went to turn the oven off...if that makes sense?? will check again next round. -Saw one resident doing laundry and then leaving when I came back from Elm -Salt was spread out on the entrance to Elm too which is nice Last round about 11:20-11:40pm Saw no one and the oven thing from last round was settled. The light is still on though but it wasn't hot

 Pro-staff. AC Kristina First round about 8:40-9pm -Both ovens were off in the beginning of the night. Most bathrooms and trash rooms were clean. Laundry looks okay too - lots of dryer sheets around. Lots of machines going -Saw one student on the ground floor leaving and then I saw him coming back with food as I came back from Elm. Speaking of Elm I saw the kitty cat sitting on a towel outside Elm.  Second round about 11:30-11:45pm -Saw no one. A couple washing machines with some laundry sitting in there from my last round. Third round about 2:30-2:40 -Got up and did a fast round, sort of combined the last two rounds because my head was pounding. Did not see any residents but I did see the new home built for the Elm kitty. -Trash rooms, bathrooms and laundry were in the same conditions.

RA on Duty: SRA Juliana Kozman RD/AC on Duty: AC Kristina Fletcher Round One 08:02-08:18 Did not see any residents on this round in CC21. In the second floor kitchen lounge, the oven was left on because the knob was hot like it had been running for a while. I turned it off but if its on again when I go back and check, I'll call security. There were a few washers being used in the laundry room. I saw a few residents in ELM D but that was about it.  Round Two: 10:10-10:21 Didn't see anyone again here. The oven cooled down a lot and i'll check on it again on my last round. There was one laundry basket in the laundry room. I saw one resident in ELM E. Round Three: 11:45-11:58 There was no one around in either of the buildings. The oven was all good. The laundry room had some dryer sheets on the floor. That's about it.

Saw Kristian enter the side door and said hello.  Saw resident entering her building in Elm E. Nothing else to report.  Round 2- 10:38 pm Nothing to be seen or heard on round.  Round 3- 11:30 pm Saw resident walking from bathroom back to room. Nothing else to report.

Pro-staff: RD Kelsey First round about 8:10-8:30 -Both ovens off. Trash rooms, bathrooms and laundry in decent condition.  -Saw a resident doing laundry and then saw the resident go into Elm A -Door at the end of ground floor propped open with a chair (which looks damaged?) -There are many pieces of furniture in the halls from move-in, such as a hutch at the end of the first floor (my side), and a desk, chair, and pedestal on the third floor (opposite side Becca's room). Second round about 10:40-10:55 -Building in same condition as first round -Saw no one  (I also want to note here that a car literally just drove through Carboene Court ....beeping its horn the entire time. Anyone else ever heard something like this? ~11pm) Third round about 12am-12:20 -Same conditions as first round except I said hi to a kitty cat eating in front of Elm C. Also there were two girls sitting on the couch giggling in Elm D. Note that I inadvertently did not do the last round until about 10am. Not...

 RA gab on duty 2/12/21 RD Kelsey on call Round 1- 9pm Started a little late due to a nice conversation with resident. Nothing else to be seen in cc21 Saw resident in Elm D and offered her candy from program just held. Nothing else to report.  Round 2- 10:30pm Nothing to be seen in cc21. Saw two residents walking into Elm so I offered them more candy. Round 3- 12am Nothing to be seen or heard throughout the entire round  

 RD on Duty: Kelsey  RA on Duty: Flo  Round 1: 8:00 saw resident in elm B, said hi. Bathroom, study room, common room, trash room, laundry rooms all clean. No other residents were seen in CC21.  round 2: 10:11 saw no residents in elm. saw one resident on Kristians floor said hi. 2 female residents in the laundry room. thats about it. Round 3: 12:15 no residents were seen in elm. one resident in the bathroom on Serenas floor. thats pretty much it.

  RA Becca RD Kelsey Duty Log 2/9/21 1st Round: CC21: boys floor smelled like air freshener, a lot lol. bathroom for 121-123 has some water bottles soaking in the sink Elm: normal, on my way back to 21 i ran into a friend so we chatted for a bit 2nd Round: CC21: boys had chocolate ice cream protein powder in their common space, if it’s there next round i’ll knock on doors to bring it back in. laundry room is a mess. asked girls in 125 to turn down the TV, you could clearly hear it from down the hall Elm: all normal, saw the campus kitty. made me smile 3rd Round: CC21: everything’s the same, chatted with a friend on Serena’s floor Elm: normal
