CC21- saw 2 residents on the first-floor bathroom said hello to both they said it back. 

Elm- saw 2 residents eating snacks and mingling in their common area, said hello to both & they said it back.

Round 2- 10:0pm

CC21- saw one resident studying in her common area said hello to her 

Elm- saw no residents

Round 3- 12:00am 

CC21- Saw the same resident studying in the common area & one student entering the back of the building. 

Elm saw 2 residents in elm E studying with one another
