 RA Gab on duty RD Khadijah on call Round 1- 8:11pm Residents on top floor playing music from room. Three females studying in second floor lounge. Residents passing me in the stairwell.  Nothing else to report. Round 2- 10:20pm Residents walking on my floor. Nothing else to report  Round 3- 12am Nothing to be seen or heard.

 RA Gab on duty RD Khadijah on call Round 1- 8:00pm Resident walking to bathroom on my floor. Handful of ladies studying/lounging in second floor common area. Cat seen by elm.  Round 2- 10:02pm Residents cleaning up after cooking Mac n cheese in first floor kitchen. Cat not seen by elm. Round 3- 12:30am Nothing to be seen or heard on round. Round 3- 3am Nothing to report.

 RD on duty: Khadijah RA on duty: Flo  Round start 8:32-8:44 no residents seen in ELM. 2 residents were seen on the ground floor study room. 2 residents were seen on the 2nd floor lounge. bathrooms and trash rooms looked relatively clean. laundry room had couple machines running.  Round start 10:46-10:56 no residents were seen Round start 12:45-12:56 no residents were seen round start 2:39-2:50 no residents were seen. goodnight

 RD on Duty: Khadijah  RA on Duty: Flo  Round start 8:13-8:28  Saw residents in Elm D. saw 2 residents on the 1st floor kitchen doing work. Saw 3 residents on the 2nd floor lounge doing work. Saw 2 resident on Jules' floor. Bathroom, trash room, study rooms were clean. Laundry room was clean with couple machines running.  Round start 10:14-10:22 saw 2 residents on the second floor lounge.  round start 12: 02-12:12 no residents were seen. 

Round One: 08:00-08:13 Started on my floor and there was no one around. There were 3 girls studying in the second floor kitchen lounge. Laundry room was fine and there were few baskets but I did not see anyone else in the building. There was one resident in ELM D and another resident in ELM E.  Round two: 10:03-10:20 One of my residents was studying in our lounge. There were 2 residents still studying in the second floor kitchen lounge. I ran into one of Gab's residents in the stairwell. One of Becca's residents was sitting by becca's bulletin board on her wing. There was no one else around in 21. There were 2 residents studying in ELM E.  Round three: 11:35-11:50 I did not see anyone around this time. The kitchens, trash rooms, and laundry room was fine. 

 11/17/20 RA Gab on duty RD Khadijah on call Round 1- 8:45pm My resident walking to bathroom on the way out. Three girls studying in common lounge area on second floor. Girl beginning to cook Mac n cheese in first floor kitchen. Black and white cat outside of Elm D. I shall name them Oreo.  Round 2- 10:07pm Residents walking about the building. Kitchens and lounges empty. Oreo was by Elm again. Unfortunately I came empty handed. Nothing else to report.  Round 3- 11:52pm Nothing to be seen or heard... Not even Oreo. 

 Rd on duty- Khadijah  Ra on duty- Cj Round 1- 8:00pm  CC21- saw 2 residents studying in the middle common area said hello to both.  Elm- saw residents in elm E talking in the common area.  Round 2- 10:00pm CC21- saw the same 2 girls studying in the mid common area. Elm- saw one resident in D eating a apple in her common area said hello. saw the same residents in E studying.  Round 3- 12:00am  CC21- saw no residents  Elm- Saw residents watching harry potter said hello to them. 

 Rd on duty- Kristina Ra on duty- Cj Round 1- 8:00pm CC21- saw 2 residents on the first-floor bathroom said hello to both they said it back.  Elm- saw 2 residents eating snacks and mingling in their common area, said hello to both & they said it back. Round 2- 10:0pm CC21- saw one resident studying in her common area said hello to her  Elm- saw no residents Round 3- 12:00am  CC21- Saw the same resident studying in the common area & one student entering the back of the building.  Elm saw 2 residents in elm E studying with one another

 Rd on duty- Kristina  Ra on duty- Cj Round 1- 9:00pm CC21- saw residents on the men's floor brushing their teeth in the bathroom said hello to all.  Elm- saw no residents.  Round 2- 11:00pm  CC21- saw a few residents entering the bathroom on the second floor said hello to them & they said it back.  Elm- saw no residents.  Round 3- 1:00am CC21- saw one resident in the bathroom brushing her hair  Elm- saw no residents.  Round 4- 3:00am CC21- saw no residents  Elm- saw no residents

 11/13 RA Gab on duty AC Kristina on call Round 1- 8:22pm Saw resident entering bathroom on top floor. Hung up laminated flyers in all bathrooms. Ran out of flyers halfway throughout the building. Saw a male enter the bathroom. Posted kitchen flyers in all elm kitchens. Nothing else to report.  Round 2- 11:02pm Residents studying in second floor study lounge. Music could be heard throughout the boys hallway. Nothing else to be seen or heard. Round 3- 1am Resident leaving the building by himself. Nothing else to be seen or heard. Round 4- 3am Very creepy...but nothing to be seen or heard

 Pro-staff: AC Kristina First round about 9:15-9:30 (First round was late because I was tutoring, I informed AC Kristina). -In the beginning of the night, both ovens were off, trash rooms and bathrooms were clean. In the bathroom for rooms 204-206, one of the paper towel holders fell off the wall which I will put a work order in for. Lots of machines were going in the laundry room. -Group of residents eating & watching Grey's in the second floor kitchen/lounge. The door leading to the other side of the gap was propped open with a chair so I moved the chair. Second round about 10:15-10:30 -Talked to some of my residents in the laundry room about their purple hair haha.  -Saw a resident carrying bags, Kelsey with trash, and CJ with McDonald's outside Elm. -Same residents in the second floor lounge minus a few -Some new residents watching Grey's, one using the oven to make food Third round about 11:05-11:15 (a little early tonight because head ache again) -Saw residents in...

  Round One: 08:28-08:43 There was no one on my floor. I saw two of Gabi's residents going to their room and one of Becca's residents in the study lounge. There were a few people in ELM C. There was a huge spider outside of CJs apartment. Literally the size of my hand. Round two: 10:00-10:13 I started on my floor and there was no one. It is so hot right now. I did not see anyone in 21 at this time. There was someone in the parking lot talking to someone else. I saw a resident from ELM B going into their apartment. There were a few girls in ELM C. I also saw 2 cats which scared the heck out of me. There was a resident doing homework in ELM D and no one else around.  round three: 11:30-11:44 Did not see anyone in 21 at this time. The laundry room had some lint on the ground and the bathrooms and kitchens were good. Saw the same residents in ELM C.

AC Kristina First round about 8:15-8:30pm -In the beginning of the night both ovens were off (upstairs oven out of order), a lot of machines were running in laundry, and trash rooms and bathrooms were clean (with the exception of a pan in a bathroom on Gab's floor, which has been addressed with a note) -Saw Gab and a resident watching The Bachelor -A resident sitting on the couch in Elm C -Some residents in the second floor kitchen/lounge Second round about 10-10:20pm -Said hi to a resident in Elm D -One resident in a study room on second floor, another resident sitting on the couch doing homework -Heard some chit chat in a room on Becca's side of the floor Last round about 11-11:20pm (Doing last round early because I have a head ache) -Saw two residents coming in from the GF, one said hi to me -A resident sitting on the couch in Elm C and a resident doing work on the computer in Elm E -Saw a resident coming in from the top floor

Round one: 08:00-08:12 Started on my floor and did not see anyone around. Saw one of Gab's residents sitting on the couch by her room on the phone. One of Serena's residents was going back to her room from the bathroom. There were several washer/dryers in use and a few laundry baskets down there. Saw one resident in ELM E watching New Girl and then I saw RD Kelsey as I was going back to 21.  Round two: 10:00-10:12 There was one of my residents going into her room on my floor. Heard one of Becca's residents in the bathroom. Saw Serena in her bathroom. There were a few washers and dryers still being used. There was one resident in Elm C and another in ELM E.  Round three: 11:30-11:43 Started on my floor and there was not anyone around. One of Serena's residents was in the bathroom. There was no one in either kitchen. There was someone in the bathroom across from Becca's room. I did not see anyone on Gab's floor. There were a few guys going to their rooms from the ...

  RA Becca RD Kelsey Duty Log 11/7 1st Round: 8:00-8:13 CC21: saw some residents in second floor lounge, and in study room. Boys floor is a little loud but not worried b/c it’s not quiet hours yet Elm: said hi to Elm C in their common space 2nd Round: 12:20-11:46 CC21: bathroom for 115-117 has a LOT of dishes piled in common space of bathroom counter Elm: said hi to Elm C they were in their common space and seemed happy :) Elm E was also in their common space, but had one or two too many people so I asked that any guests leave and they did with no issue, this was their only warning i hung up the toy drive flyers during rounds so it took a little longer than expected but they’re all up :) 3rd Round: 1:04-1:18 CC21: boys floor is still stinky but not as much Elm: heard voices first floor of Elm E but couldn’t tell if they were guests or not 4th Round: 2:58-3:38 CC21: boys floor still stinks, shocker lol talked to my friends making pasta in the first floor common space so that was a n...

Resident blow drying their hair or vacuuming on my floor Third round about 1:45-2am -Said hi to mystery resident in Elm B -Resident on 4th floor in CC21 reheating something in the microwave. Another resident came out and then I let her back onto her floor Last round about 2:45-3am -Saw and heard no one in CC21 or Elm -Both ovens were off, kitchens, bathrooms and trash rooms clean

 RD on Duty: Kelsey  RA on Duty: Flo  Round start 8:13-8:29 started in elm, saw my residents in elm d said hi to them. went to 21 saw Kristian during my round. laundry room was a little messy with a couple machines running. One resident was seen on gabi's floor. said hi. 2 residents were seen on the 2nd floor longe watching the bachelorette. trash room and bathrooms were clean.  thats it Round start 10:23-10:39 started in elm no residents were seen. no male residents were seen on their floor. a couple residents were seen on gab's floor. laundry room was still messy. bathrooms were clean. study room was empty. round start 12:01-12: 13 no residents were seen in elm. 1 resident was seen washing up  in the bathroom on serenas floor. laundry room was empty. trash room and bathrooms are relatively clean. thats all. Good night

 RA Gab on duty RE Kelsey on call Round 1- 8:39pm Saw residents studying in second floor lounge. One exit door has a sticky note on it that reads, “please do not let door slam.” I then proceeded with caution. Across from room 129 was a jagged corner from being patched up by maintenance. Needs to be sanded and painted soon. Boys hallway smells like Christmas trees.  Resident studying in elm common area.  Round 2- 10:36pm 3 ladies still studying in second floor lounge. Nothing else to be seen or heard.  Round 3- 11:50pm Now only one resident studying in second floor lounge. Couple of my residents bumped into me in the stairwell.  Nothing else to report.
