1st Round

CC21: first floor oven warm, told 113 girls to keep bathroom stuff in their room

Elm: normal

2nd Round

CC21: suitcase is still in laundry

smell of candle on my floor, rooms 201-211 hallway. between rooms 205 and 208. second floor common space is finally not a sauna. 

Elm: B reeks of marijuana, assuming guests are there based on female voices coming from male apartment. called security, was told if it is smelt again call them again due to short staffing. RD on call (Kristina) agreed. 

3rd Round

CC21: heard a squawk come from 006, knocked and reminded them of quiet hours. had next door 007 “dennis” as guest, gave them warning and reminded them that same building visiting rule had been put back in place. odd loud music from 004, knocked and asked to turn it down. 

had a nice chat with Liz in the first floor study room, nice to have an interaction that wasn’t rule-related

reminded 107 of quiet hours and they laughed at me after closing the door LOL 

214 two male voices, knocking 12:34am, left 12:37am. ryan and sean inside room (full names in FYI) they left right away, apologized and said it won’t happen again.

Elm: Elm B got some common sense and stopped creating the smell, however they were doing it. guest voices also not there anymore.
