round 1- 8:50pm

CC21- saw 3 residents on the midsection of the 2nd floor studying in the common area. 

Elm- saw 2 residents cooking in elm E said hello to all. 

Round 2- 10:00pm  

CC21- saw Kristian and spoke with him a little. the 3 same residents are still studying in the middle section of the 2nd floor. 

Elm- there is one resident in D talking on the phone said hello to her.

Round 3- 11:55

CC21- saw no residents

Elm- saw no residents
