 Rd on duty- Kristina

Round 1-8:55pm

CC21- on the 2nd floor I saw one resident washing her hands in the bathroom. I held the door for a resident on the first-floor side door. on the ground floor, the washing area was empty. Kristian's floor I saw no residents.

Elm- I saw residents in elm D studying together in their family common area. I saw no residents in A, B, C, E, & F. 

Round 2- 10:55pm 

CC21- saw no residents on any of the floors. the trash rooms and washing room were fine.

Elm- there were no residents in A, B, C, E, & F. In D there are 3 residents watching tv in the sweet area. 

Round 3- 12:55am

CC21- Saw 2 residents brushing their teeth in different bathrooms on the first floor. 

Elm- saw no residents

Round 4 2:55am

CC21- saw no residents. However, on the boy's floor right by the bathroom, there was vomit. I placed an emergency work order so that it can get cleaned as soon as possible. The bathroom had rooms 11-13 assigned to them. 

Elm- saw no residents A-F.
