Juliana's Duty Blog 08/25/20

 Round 1: 08:01-08:20

Checked the laundry room first and there were a few washers in use but nothing crazy. Then I went to ELM and I saw RA Laynie on my way over. I also saw RA TJ in the parking lot. When I got to ELM I didn't see anyone but as I was swiping into ELM F, a resident from ELM E poked her head out the door because she heard me knock lol. I told her everything was all good and the RAs knock on the door before we open them. She laughed. I started on the ground floor of CC21 and saw one male resident walking back to his room from the bathroom. The kitchen were both very hot and humid and all of the knobs were turned to the off position. I figured someone just finished cooking something. When I got to Gabby's wing, I saw 3 residents in the lounge area and gave them a friendly reminder to keep their masks on :)))). I saw on girl in the bathroom by Becca's wing and I saw a resident of mine in the hallway as I was going back to my room.

Round 2: 10:20-10:44

Checked the laundry room first and then went to ELM. No one was around in ELM. Handled an incident on Gabby's side and a lot of people were passing by with laundry baskets. I guess their clothes have gotten really dirty or they are just very nosy lol. Walked up to my room and there was no one around up here. 

Round 3: 11:39-12:05

Laundry room was good and I didn't see anyone in ELM. When I passed through the first floor kitchen, it was still really hot so I looked at the oven and it seemed as if it was broken because it was still radiating heat so I called security. I saw a few of Becca's residents going to the bathrooms. When I was done, I went back to the kitchen and security had sent someone over already and they unplugged the stove so we were all good.
