 Rd on duty- Khadijah Ra on duty- Cj Round 1- 9:00PM CC21- saw one person entering the main floor of cc21 Elm- saw no residents  Round 2- 11:00pm  CC21saw 2 residents brushing their teeth on floors 1 & 2 Elm saw female residents in elm E talking amongst themselves.  Round 3- 1:00 am CC21- saw no residents  Elm- saw no residents  Round 4- 2:55am  CC21-saw no resident  Elm- saw no resident 

 RA Gab on duty 10/29 RD Khadijah on call Round 1- 8:30pm Many showers being taken at this time. Resident leaving study area on top floor. Resident leaving bathroom on Becca’s floor. Nothing else to report Round 2- 10:38pm Residents walking with hampers on top floor. Bumped into resident in the hallway.  Nothing else to report.  Round 3- 11:35pm Nothing to be seen or heard on this round

 Pro-staff: RD Kadijah First round about 8:40pm-9 -Trash rooms are a little full but not too messy. Laundry is good and all bathrooms are good. Both ovens are off and the kitchens are clean -Saw no one in 21 nor Elm :) Very eventful round Second round about 10:15-10:30 -Trash rooms, laundry and bathrooms are in the same condition. -Asked some residents on my floor to get rid of some trash in a lounge Third round about 11:45-12am -Some girls in the second floor kitchen cooking -Said hi to a resident in a bathroom on the forth floor

 round one 8:10-8:27 Did not see anyone on mine or Gabis floor. One of Serena's residents was in the bathroom.  There were 2 residents in the 2 floor kitchen lounge. The laundry room had about 6 washers running. CJ said hi to me in ELM.  round two 10:02-1019 I did not see anyone during this round. There were no washers or dryers being used in the laundry room but there were some dryer sheets on the floor. Thats about it.  round three 11:25-11:38 Only saw two girls in the CC21 ground floor kitchen area. Also noticed that someone removed the "t" from Becca's board. One dryer was being used. Trashrooms and bathrooms were fine. There was no one in ELM. 

 RA Gabi Rafaniello on duty Saturday October 24 AC Kristina on call Round 1- 8:04pm Resident spotted in bathroom washing her hands on Serena’s floor. Nothing else to be seen or heard. Round 2- 10:37pm Not a person to be seen Round 3- 12:46am Not a person to be seen Round 4- 2:55am Not a person to be seen

  Round One: 08:00-08:10 Started on my floor and there was no one around. I saw Gab in the bathroom. I saw a huge bug on the  door of ELM B. There were a few residents on their laptops in elm D so I said hi to them. Laundry room and bathrooms were fine.  Round Two: 10:08-10:21 No one around on my floor. On Gab's floor there were two different residents going into two different bathrooms. There was one girl in the ground floor kitchen making popcorn. There was no one in the laundry room. There were 2 residents in ELM D. That was about it.  Round Three: 12:03-12:19 There was no one by the rooms in 21. There were 2 people in the kitchen on the ground floor heating up some food. There were 2 residents in ELM D and there was a resident walking down the stairs to go to their elm building as I was leaving.  Round Four: 2:04-2:18 There was no one on my floor, or gabi's or becca's. One of serena's residents was walking to the bathroom. One of Kristian's residents was in ...

 RD on Duty: Kristina  RA on Duty: Flo  Round start 8:17-8:37 Started in elm, said hi to my residents in D. went to CC21 and there were these 2 plastic large plates that looked like they belonged to some machine lol. A lot of doors were propped open throughout the building. i think there was some deep cleaning going on prior. CC21 ground floor, both doors on the 2nd floor kitchen and jules' floor by the side entrance doors were all propped open. including the cleaning closet. I closed all the doors. bathrooms and trash rooms were clean. stopped to talk to jules. laundry room was empty and clean.  Round start 10:30-10:43 Said hi to my residents in elm D. no other residents were seen in CC21. laundry room was empty and clean. bathrooms were empty and clean  Round start 12:16-12:17 said hi to a bunch of my residents who were sitting outside in a circle socially distant just chatting. So cute my heart melted. no other residents were seen in cc21. trash room, bathroo...

No other residents were seen. laundry room was empty with a couple machines running. trash room relatively clean. bathroom and study rooms were also empty and clean. thats about it  Round start 10:04-10:17 Started in elm, said hi to the same resident in D. No residents were seen in 21. There was a random hutch placed outside room 111 by the common space. one resident was making food on the second floor kitchen. The trash room on the ground floor closest to the side entrance was full. a bunch of laundry machines were going. bathrooms were clean. thats it round start 12:04-12:17 no residents were seen in elm. 1 resident was seen in the bathroom brushing her teeth on serenas floor. Laundry room was empty and clean. trash room and bathrooms were clean. thats it, goodnight

Went to CC21, no residents were seen on the ground floor. one resident was doing laundry downstairs. No other residents were seen. Study rooms were empty, Bathrooms and trash rooms were relatively clean.  Round start 10:36-10:51 Started in elm, no residents were seen. Two male residents were seen on the ground floor of CC21, said hi to them. 2 residents were seen on the second floor kitchen making food. One residents was seen coming up from the laundry room as i was leaving CC21. Thats it.  Round start at  11:57-12:11 Started in elm, no residents were seen. 2 residents were leaving CC21 as I was coming into the building. Laundry room was empty, bathroom and trash rooms were in same condition. Study rooms and kitchen was empty. thats about it. Goodnight :)

  Round One 08:00-08:17 Started off in 21 and didn't see anyone in 21. Laundry room was fine. There were 2 residents in Elm C and a few residents in Elm D. Saw a few people walking into 21. Round two: 10:05-10:23 Started on my floor once again. Just saw one of gab's residents going into her room. Laundry room was all good. I did laundry tonight too since no one is around. There was someone in ELM E making food but that was about it.  Round three: 12:06-12:21 Didn't see anyone during this round really. I heard girls in two different bathrooms, one on beccas floor and another on serenas floor. The laundry room was good, nothing being used. Saw someone in the parking lot as I was crossing over to ELM. No one was around in ELM.  Round four: 02:00-02:15  Did not here or see anyone. Bathrooms, trash rooms, and kitchens were all good.

  Round One 08:03-08:21 Started on my floor and there was no one around. The only other people I saw in the CC21 at this time were a few residents in the lounge by Serena's room. The laundry room was fine. I did not see anyone in ELM at this time.  Round Two: 10:00-10:16 I only saw one resident during this round and she was in the second floor kitchen lounge having something to eat and watching TV. The laundry room had some more stuff in it this time but it looked alright.  Round Three: 11:38-11:54 I only saw one resident which was in ELM D. The laundry room, trash rooms, and all bathrooms were fine.

 RD on Duty: John  RA on Duty: Flo  Start 8:05-8:17  started in elm, said hi to a resident in Elm D. In CC21 saw a resident on the ground floor. Laundry room was empty and relatively clean. One resident was seen on the 2nd floor kitchen, said hi. Saw 2 residents outside CC21's side door. Trash rooms and bathrooms were clean. Thats all.  Start 10:00-10:14 Kelsey accompanied me during this round. We started in elm, said hi to a resident in Elm D. Saw no residents on ground floor. One residents was seen on Serenas floor, said hi. Saw my resident entering 21 to do laundry as I was leaving. That's pretty much it.  start 12:02-12:12  Started round in elm, said hi the same resident in D. No residents were seen on the ground floor. No residents were seen upstairs. laundry room was empty. study room were empty and clean. Bathroom and trash rooms were relatively clean. thats pretty much it. 

 RD on Duty: John  RA on Duty: Flo  Start 8:02-8:23 Stared round in Elm, said hi to my residents in D and E. No residents were seen in CC21. Laundry room was empty. Trash rooms and bathroom rooms were relatively clean.  There are 2 carbon monoxide smoke detectors (in a box, placed on the table) on Gab's floor lobby when entering the CC21 side door entrance. Thats it  Start 10:07-10:21 started in elm, resident was studying in elm E. Saw a male resident walking into CC21. Laundry room was empty. No other residents were seen.  Start 12:00-12: 13  No residents were seen in elm. No residents were seen in CC21.  Start 2:23-2:41 No residents were seen in elm. No residents were seen in CC21. The carbon monoxide smoke detectors were still on the table on Gab's floor lobby. Thats all. Laundry room was empty, trash rooms and bathrooms were in the same condition as before. Goodnight :)

No residents were seen on the floors. bathrooms and trash rooms looked relatively clean. Saw elm residents walk back to their room on my way back. Thats all  Start 10:00-10:20 Started in elm, no residents were seen. Went to CC21 and two males were seen in the bathroom. No other residents were seen.  Start 12:00-12:15 started in elm, no residents were seen. Went to CC21 no one was seen on the ground floor. laundry room was empty. 2 Residents were seen in the hallway. That all 

  Duty Log 10/7 1st Round CC21: normal  Elm: normal  2nd Round CC21: normal Elm: 3rd Round CC21: normal, a resident told me that the two girls living in 125 have been having guys and guests in the room and she sometimes smells weed :/ Elm: Elm B needs to be reminded no visitors, i don’t see them but there’s always multiple voices other than that it’s normal

 Pro-staff: AC Kristina First round about 8:10-8:30 -Trash rooms, bathrooms and laundry look decent. Some dirty dishes (Tupperware and a small pan) in a bathroom on Gabi's floor so hopefully it's gone by the end of the night -Said hi to some residents in Elm D -A resident on my floor with a face mask going to the bathroom -Saw Gabi and friends eating and playing Mario cart or something like that Second round about 10:00-10:20 -Said hi to one resident in Elm D - Some residents coming onto Jules's floor -tis all for now :) Last round about 11:50-12:05 -Said hi to same resident in Elm D -One resident in the bathroom next to 212  -One resident at the sink in a bathroom on Becca's floor -Both ovens off, trash rooms, bathrooms and laundry in same condition (the dishes in that bathroom on Gabi's floor are still there too)
